How much does an AI consultation cost?
Standard consultations start from £1.20 per attempt. Premium consultations start from £1.70 per attempt. Your first attempt is on us, and consultations run on a pay-per-attempt credit basis after that.
What's the difference between Standard and Premium?
Both modes give you all 350+ cases and full domain-by-domain grading. Premium adds Deepgram Flux speech recognition (faster and more accurate), 50+ ElevenLabs premium voices, and targeted skill coaching on Explanation, Cue Handling, ICE and Empathy with worked examples.
Do I need to be an SCA Revision member?
Yes — AI patients are exclusive to SCA Revision members. Membership unlocks the AI platform, then individual consultations are pay-per-attempt from £1.20.
Do I need a study partner to use it?
No. The whole point is that you can practise out loud, on your own, whenever you want. Some trainees still pair with a study partner for some sessions — but the AI patient is built so you don't have to.
How realistic are the patient voices?
Premium uses 50+ ElevenLabs voices for highly natural delivery. Standard uses our standard AI voice stack — clear and consistent, optimised for high-volume practice rather than ultra-lifelike timbre.

What feedback do I get after a consultation?
